Harbir is a civic entrepreneur and honored with multiple awards and recognitions for her impact and efforts. She has a diverse background in leadership, technology, marketing & PR, community organizing, and production. She has worked across multiple industries from Defense, SW/HW, Services, Event, Media and nonprofit sectors. 

Harbir has led and launched products in online learning and social engagement, digital transformation practice, and also started social enterprises. She is the 'nontraditional' leader and often the tip of the arrow. She is as committed to creating social impact and addressing some of the pressing issues of our times, including Ukraine humanitarian crisis, COVID Relief, and others. Harbir launched community coalition of entrepreneurs, community organizations, and volunteers to provide Covid relief for the public, hospitals, and frontline workers.
