As VP of Investment at BDev Ventures, Keshia leads a specialized team focused on identifying and nurturing promising startups, managing both strategic and operational aspects of the investment process. Her previous experience includes founding and directing Dialog to Learn, where she forged partnerships with major tech companies to boost educational outcomes. At German Accelerator, she oversaw expansive startup accelerator programs, specializing in global partnerships and strategic growth initiatives. 

She loves to travel, cook for family and friends and is currently excited about CrossFit and her Airstream.
